Important note: Customs-related costs such as import duties and related administrative costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.Refusal to pay mandatory import duties and other costs leading to the shipment being returned to us will be at the buyer's expense. We will refund the order to the customer when it arrives minus any expenses we have had to cover due to their non-compliance, including shipping to their country, return shipping costs and any related administrative costs. 

Customers are responsible for receiving or collecting their packages and for ensuring that we have their correct and complete shipping address and contact information. We will not refund shipping costs including return shipping costs if these conditions are not respected.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery with the nature of your return and we will respond with further instructions. If the return is due to customer change of mind, return shipping costs will be payable by the customer. If the return is due to our error, such as where incorrect products or quantity, or defective (damaged, soiled) products have been supplied, return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us. Subject to stock availability, items will be replaced with the same product. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.

Products that haven damaged or soiled by the customer

Products without packaging (box, case)

Products that have not been purchased from our online shop

More than 8 days have passed after delivery
